The rose cut is a primitive, antique cut of stone that well predates the European, Mine, and Modern Brilliant cuts. Set into these beautiful 18K yellow gold drop earrings are 25 rose cut diamonds. Over time, things do happen, and one of the earrings has a single modern round brilliant, which was undoubtedly a replacement stone and clearly paints the piece's history.
